Jill Coleman has been a registered nurse for over 25 years. She has worked in over 15 Southern California hospitals including UCLA’s Heart Transplant Step-down, LAUSC Orthopedic Trauma Unit, and has experience with Hospice, and Labor & Delivery. Disillusioned with the standard medical paradigm, she started studying holistic natural health in 1998, and created her business: Health and Body Restoration. She loves to educate those interested on how to increase health naturally. Her book- MECHANICS FOR THE BODY, COMMON SENSE FOR THE SOUL, is available here:
As a retired nurse, my goal is to inspire people with natural health, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Educating others on resolving underlying problems without chemical medications is one of my passions. With a high nutrient diet, positive attitude, and exercise, the body is supported and can resolve many maladies on its own. Decreasing exposure to toxins in foods and our environment,
further helps the body get, and stay healthy.
Enjoying life as an adventure turns 'health' into a journey of understanding and joy. We can help our bodies resolve many maladies with support and good common sense. My goal is to educate more people on real health and wellness that starts with YOU! Here you will find
simple ways to get educated on how your body functions, and improve your health without chemicals and fad diets.
It's easier then you think. It just takes some time and a little commitment!
